Global Program Manager – Cloud & Service Provider (C&SP)
This high‑impact, customer‑facing leadership role drives the execution of strategic global accounts and ensures a seamless, consistent experience across geographies and teams.
Responsibilities
* Drive execution of global account strategies, ensuring alignment between customer needs, sales, and operations
* Act as a trusted partner to strategic clients, supporting engagement at executive level
* Lead cross‑functional and international collaboration (sales, engineering, delivery teams)
* Implement and scale digital tools (dashboards, playbooks) to enhance visibility, governance, and performance tracking
* Manage growth initiatives and customer‑specific projects
* Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and continuous improvement actions
* Ensure operational excellence, readiness, and consistency across multi‑country programmes

Requirements
* 8+ years of experience in program/project management in complex, international environments
* Fluent in English; French or Dutch is a plus

* Strong customer‑facing experience, including executive stakeholders
* Proven ability to work cross‑functionally (sales, engineering, operations)
* Experience with digital tools and transformation initiatives
* Solid business acumen and strategic mindset
* Ability to navigate complexity, anticipate risks, and drive action
* Knowledge of data centres or critical infrastructure is a plus
