Salary: £55,000-£60,000 per annum + performance bonus
Role Description
This is a full time on-site role based in London Area, United Kingdom.
You will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to cost control, BOQ, cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting.
You will work closely with clients to ensure effective management of their construction projects and help them achieve their cost objectives.
Qualifications
* Cost Control, BOQ, and Cost Management skills
* Experience in cost planning and cost reporting
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
* Attention to detail and accuracy
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
* A Relevant degree or qualification in Quantity Surveying or related field.
* Experience in the recruitment industry is a plus
* Relevant certifications or qualifications in cost management
