Working Pattern: Full Time (9:00 AM - 5:30 PM)
We are looking for two dedicated Customer Service Support professionals to join our client’s dynamic team.

What You’ll Do
* Put customers at the heart of everything you do with a passion for excellence.
* Process orders and acknowledge customer requests within 12 hours.
* Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance for audits.
* Communicate effectively about order status and lead times.
* Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly, ideally within 4 hours.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely responses to customer claims.

* Experience in customer service within an office setting.
* Strong planning, organisational, and time management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* High attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
