Key Requirements
* 15+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
* Strong experience within the London Market Insurance domain
* Hands‑on experience in Digital Underwriting platforms and processes
* Strong understanding of integration between underwriting systems and related platforms
* Experience working closely with business stakeholders and underwriting teams
* Excellent requirement gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Experience
* Exposure to Property Insurance and Political Violence lines of business
* Experience working on underwriting transformation programmes
* Knowledge of policy administration and insurance ecosystem integrations
Responsibilities
* Collaborate with underwriting and business teams to gather and define requirements
* Drive digital underwriting initiatives and system integration activities
* Analyze business processes and recommend improvements
