We help people find, sell, and let property. We’re excited to offer an opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Senior Property Relationship Manager. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Vimto Gardens, Manchester. The salary ranges from an OTE of £32,500 - £34,500.
Responsibilities
* Making regular 'check in' calls with landlords.
* Delivering exceptional customer service to our customers & landlords.
* Renewing & negotiating tenancy agreements.
* Completing inspections, inventories & check outs of our customers.
* Organising & recommending maintenance works.
Qualifications
* Previous experience as a Property Manager is essential for this role
* Great customer service
* Resilience when working in a fast paced & demanding environment
* Strong problem solving skills
* Ability to prioritise tasks & responsibilities
