12. Role: Care and Support Worker
13. Hours: 21 hours per week
14. Salary: £14,190 per annum (£12.96 per hour)
15. Location: Rosewood Court Irthlingborough Road, Wellingborough, Northamptonshire, NN8 1LQ
As a Care and Support Worker, you will be expected to carry out the following tasks:
16. Provide all aspects of domiciliary care to our residents including both physical, personal care and support with social activities,
17. Promoting and supporting the physical, emotional and well-being of our residents
18. Encourage independence and self-belief
19. Ensure records and documents are completed in line with our policy.
Person Specification
20. Hold a care certificate or willing to undertake a care qualification
21. Personable, an effective communicator and a team player
22. Passionate about delivering a quality care service
23. Flexible with hours.
