What You’ll Be Doing:
? Deliver high-quality, hands-on training sessions tailored to Level 2 and Level 3 automotive apprentices.
? Collaborate with BMW and education partners to ensure training aligns with the latest industry standards.
? Support continuous programme improvements to keep training engaging, relevant, and impactful.
Maintain compliance with health and safety standards and industry accreditation requirements.
What You’ll Bring:
Strong workshop experience, minimum level 3 light vehicle qualification.
A genuine interest in mentoring young people and helping them start successful careers.
Clear communication and a patient, encouraging approach to training.
Recognised automotive qualifications (IMI, NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent).
