Key Responsibilities:
Build positive relationships with students
Support emotional regulation and social development
Work closely with teachers and SEN teams to create a safe, structured learning environment
Encourage independence and confidence through tailored support
Essential Skills & Experience:
Minimum 1 year experience working with children or young people with SEMH needs or challenging behaviour
Backgrounds in sports coaching, social care, youth support, early years, or mentoring are highly valued.
