Blaymires Recruitment is working in partnership with a prestigious high-end residential contractorwho is looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyorfor a £5M manor house refurbishmentproject near Oxford.
The company is highly regarded for delivering Grade II Listed refurbishments, luxury new builds, and bespoke residential schemesacross the South of England.
This is a unique opportunity to work on a landmark property, managing the commercial delivery of a high-spec, heritage restoration from site.
Requirements of the Quantity Surveyor.
* Experience working on high-end residential or listed building refurbishments. (advantageous)
* Strong understanding of traditional building methods and materials.
* Excellent commercial awareness and attention to detail.
* Capable of working independently and confidently on site.
