ACCOUNTS & ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER SITE: OTC part of the Odyssey Group LOCATION: Queens Quay, Belfast, BT3 9QQ RESPONSIBLE TO: Finance Manager TERMS: 37.5 hours per week, flexibility is required due to the nature of the role. DATE: December 2025 OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: Working for the Finance Manger within a team setting, the post holder will assist with the maintenance of financial records, the production of financial information and general administration duties. This post is based within the Trusts finance team and includes undertaking work across a range of business units; Arena, W5, Belfast Giants and Car parks. SELECTION CRITERIA Essential Criteria 1 years experience within the last three years in an administrative role in a financial environment, including use of an accounting software package. Computer literate, with good experience of Excel Spreadsheets & various financial software packages. Excellent organisational and communication skills gained in an administrative role. Strong interpersonal skills to forge close working relationships both with staff and external bodies. The ability to work accurately under pressure to achieve deadlines. The ability to work as part of a team. Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasionally working public holidays, weekends and evenings. Desirable Criteria Experience in use of Office 365, Power Point and Word Experience in use of an automated purchase to pay system Salary Circa £26,250 per annum, dependent on qualifications and experience.
