Our client, established in 1983, is proud to be the leading HVAC supplier across Oxfordshire, London, and the Thames Valley. They specialise in the design, installation, and maintenance of cutting-edge climate control solutions for homes and businesses. They are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their growing team. Based in Stanton Harcourt, you’ll be carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) checks on a wide range of air conditioning and refrigeration systems across Oxfordshire and the surrounding counties.

Are you the right person for the job?
* Interest or basic knowledge in HVAC, air conditioning, refrigeration, or engineering systems
* Relevant training, college, or apprenticeship experience is desirable
* F-Gas qualification is an advantage (we’ll fund training if you don’t have it)
* Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
* Full UK driving licence
What will your role look like?
* Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on air conditioning and refrigeration equipment
* Assist with fault-finding, diagnostics, and minor repairs
* Maintain accurate service records and job reports
* Deliver excellent customer service while representing WM Air Conditioning on-site
* Learn and grow with guidance from senior engineers and structured training
