About The Role
As a Sales Floor Manager, you will support the Store Manager in leading, motivating, and developing your team to maximise sales potential and exceed customer expectations. Your responsibilities include:
* Sales and Customer Service: Ensure the sales process is effectively delivered and maintain high standards of customer service through regular coaching.
* Market Awareness: Stay updated on golf trends and competitor activities to suggest proactive business strategies.
* Operations Management: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, analyse store data, and drive operational efficiency.
* Health & Safety Commitment: Maintain a safe and welcoming environment while promoting a positive health and safety culture.
* Leadership: Motivate and coach your team, assist in recruitment, and conduct effective training and performance reviews.
What You Bring
* Passion for Golf: A love for the game (or a desire to learn!) that you can share with customers.
* Retail and Sales Skills: Previous experience in retail or sales, especially in customer service roles, with a friendly, professional approach.
* Eye for Detail: A keen focus on maintaining high standards in visual merchandising and shop-floor appearance.
* Team Player Attitude: A positive, can-do approach, ready to support team goals and work collaboratively.
