Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Residential Property Solicitor to join a busy and well-established team in Bristol. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a growing firm with a strong local reputation, handling a high-quality caseload of residential property matters.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to post-completion
* Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, and new build matters
* Providing clear and practical legal advice to clients
* Liaising with estate agents, lenders, developers, and other solicitors
* Drafting and reviewing contracts and supporting documentation
* Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements
* Delivering excellent client care throughout the transaction process
* Requirements
o Qualified Solicitor with experience in residential conveyancing (PQE level flexible)
o Proven ability to manage a busy caseload independently
o Strong knowledge of the conveyancing process and property law
o Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
o Strong communication and interpersonal skills
o Proficiency in case management systems and Microsoft Office
Desirable
o Experience handling high-volume caseloads
o Familiarity with leasehold and new build transactions
