F&B Assistant, Malmaison Manchester Deansgate / Sora Manchester. £12.80 + Tronc / 12 Hours. Permanent contract. Malmaison Manchester Deansgate is newly opened, located in the heart of the city on Albert Square, opposite City Hall. Sora Sky Bar & Asian-Fusion Restaurant is on the 7th floor of the Malmaison Hotel. The venue seeks passionate team members to join the Sora F&B team and help establish and grow the department.

We are open 7 days a week, year-round, and require flexibility to work a range of shifts and days. Shift patterns and contracted hours can be discussed at interview. We also offer nationally recognized apprenticeships alongside our brand training to support development.

Responsibilities
* Operate as a hands-on team member who uses knowledge and experience to motivate, educate and inspire others.
* Deliver celebrity-level guest experiences and maintain high service standards.
* Support the Sora F&B operation across the venue and contribute to the success of the department.
* Work a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends; discuss flexible patterns at interview.
