Job Description We are an independent hotel in a unique location, We are a lively walker's hotel and bar at the head of the Wasdale valley in the Lake District - the closest hotel to England's highest mountain Scafell Pike and Wastwater, England's deepest lake. We are looking for a chef to take charge of our long-standing kitchen brigade already in place. This would suit a senior Sous chef looking to step up.
