What You'll Do
* Lead and inspire multi-disciplinary teams to deliver exceptional services that exceed client expectations.
* Take ownership of operational and commercial compliance across your portfolio.
* Ensure statutory and health & safety compliance, managing risks and implementing robust controls.
* Oversee lifecycle planning, preventative maintenance, and contractual obligations.
* Drive profitability and value for money through smart procurement and contract management.
* Champion staff development, recruitment, and retention, fostering a culture of growth and progression.

What We're Looking For
* Proven leadership experience in Total Facilities Management within a PFI environment.
* Strong commercial acumen with P&L management expertise.
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
* Minimum 2 years' experience managing hard and soft services.
* Professional qualifications or equivalent experience, plus NEBOSH Health & Safety certification.
* Highly IT literate (MS Office suite).
