Required from January 2026 Reference: 0468 The Central Finance and HR team needs to increase its capacity within the finance and HR functions. This role is equal supporting the Finance and HR/Payroll Officers with a range of finance and HR functions. As part of the Central Finance and HR team you may be expected to provide support when needed to the schools within the trust. Requirements: We are looking for a Finance and HR Assistant who: can follow plans and work on their own initiative. can communicate clearly with children and adults, verbally and in writing. has experience of working in administration can support a range of office managers if required can contribute to end of year audit processes has a willingness to contribute to the general smooth running of our trust can adhere to policies and procedures and follow GDPR guidelines can maintain confidentiality has a desire to participate in school and trust CPD opportunities has an awareness of safeguarding.
