Temporary Christmas Sales Associate

About the role
You will be the face of H.Samuel, creating an exceptional festive atmosphere in our stores. Your primary responsibilities include answering customer questions, showcasing jewellery and related products, using sales skills to help the team meet targets, and ensuring every customer leaves with a perfect gift‑wrapped purchase.

* Provide engaging customer service and create memorable experiences.
* Answer questions about jewellery, watches, and related products.
* Demonstrate products and use sales skills to achieve targets.
* Maintain store presentation and promote brand culture.
* Operate within the business‑casual dress code and celebrate individual style.
Your background
You have a passion for customers, a positive “can‑do” attitude, and the natural ability to strike up conversations with a diverse range of customers. Previous jewellery experience is not required, but an interest in jewellery products and brands is essential.
Qualifications
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Customer‑first mindset and strong presentation skills.
* Ability to work part‑time hours, including peak trading periods, bank holidays and weekends.
* Willingness to attend training and development programs.
