Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management: Maintain optimal stock levels, reduce shortages, and implement control measures.
Supply Chain Coordination: Oversee inbound customs clearance, transport, storage, and distribution.
Customer Service: Act as a liaison for customer inquiries and order support, ensuring high service standards.
Production Fulfilment: Work with production and sales teams to meet customer demands on time.
Data Analysis: Use sales and inventory data to forecast demand and identify areas for improvement.
Process Optimization: Continuously improve sales and logistics processes for greater efficiency.
Cost & Process Efficiency: Drive competitive pricing and workflow effectiveness through analysis and negotiation.Ideal Candidate
Proven experience in a Logistics/Supply Chain Planning or similar role
Strong organisational skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
IT skills including Excel
A proactive mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of the food industry
