We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our Operations team. You will play a key role in ensuring our buildings are maintained to the highest standards, providing a responsive and professional cleaning service for both internal and external customers.
Where will I be working?
Based on site at Chelsea Creek, London (SW6)
What hours will I be working?
A 4 on 4 off shift pattern working 7am to 7pm - 4 on 4 off
Key Responsibilities
Undertake effective cleaning of building areas using the correct materials and equipment, following agreed schedules and standards.
Maintain Health and Safety guidance regarding the use and storage of cleaning materials and machinery.
Identify and report areas for improvement to your supervisor.
Communicate effectively with your supervisor regarding any concerns or problems.
Represent the onsite cleaning team with a highly visible presence and ensure your ID badge is always displayed.
Assist with the development and improvement of cleaning schedules, resolving any Health & Safety breaches.
Participate in learning, development, and compliance activities as required.
Report larger items of rubbish to the appropriate person.
Maintain the high standards expected in the delivery of cleaning.
Work productively and supportively with the cleaning supervisor and team to deliver a clean, safe environment for all building users.
