About the Role
As part of our Graduate Development Programme, you will work on innovative projects across Design Engineering, Product Development, Technology and Analysis, rotating through various departments to develop technical expertise and communication skills.

* A Master’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or related fields) – or a Bachelor’s degree in these disciplines.

Flexible Working

The Application Process
Our selection process is fair, engaging and inclusive. Shortlisted applicants will complete ability tests (mechanical reasoning, numerical and verbal assessments) and be invited to interviews and assessment activities at our Hartlepool and Littleport facilities.
