As an Area Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations across a network of pharmacies. Working closely with senior management, you'll lead staffing strategies, implement new services, and empower branch teams to deliver exceptional care. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact on community health while driving performance and innovation across 11 sites in the Newport to Merthyr Tydfil areas. If you are a Pharmacist, you will also have the advantage of working in a quiet branch one day per week, in order to keep skills fresh and attend to any admin as appropriate. Key Duties:
* Lead and support multiple pharmacy branches to ensure smooth operations and compliance with GPhC standards.
* Manage staffing sustainability, including recruitment, holiday cover, and absence management.
* Drive implementation of company directives, NHS services, and new initiatives.
* Monitor branch performance, conduct audits, and support managers with performance reviews and development plans.
* Collaborate with HQ and senior management on projects, service rollouts, and operational improvements.

Essential Requirements:
* Proven track record of excellent people management
* MUST be either a registered L3 Pharmacy Technician (preferred) OR a registered Pharmacist
* MUST have GPhC registration
