Job Description
3. Perform routine maintenance and inspections on industrial equipment and machinery.
4. Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues efficiently.
5. Ensure all maintenance tasks are carried out in line with health and safety regulations.
6. Work collaboratively with the engineering team to improve machinery reliability.
7. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report any concerns.
8. Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment as required.
9. Identify opportunities for improvement in processes and equipment performance.
10. Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns to minimise downtime.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Maintenance Engineer should have:
11. Relevant qualifications in engineering or a related field.
12. Experience working within the industrial/manufacturing industry.
13. Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
14. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
15. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
16. Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
