Job summary An opportunity has arisen in the Human Resource directorate for a Medical Workforce Administrator. You will provide comprehensive Medical Workforce service to clinicians, managers and staff to enable be successful on-boarding of doctors in training and non-training medical personnel. You will need excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise afast paced, varied workload work in a structured and methodical manner with excellent attention to detail. You must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office packages;Outlook, WordandExcel and have the ability to navigate web based specialist packages. Main duties of the job To provide a professional effective administrative service as part of the Medical Workforce Team and provide appropriate support for the Advisor and Manager to ensure the accurate and timely recruitment and advice on employment terms and conditions for Medical and Dental Staff at The Dudley Group NHS Foundation Trust.
