Our client, an ambitious and growing financial services firm, are looking to recruit two pro-active & dynamic Collections Agents to support arrears management, take payments and answer payment related queries from customers.
You’ll handle both inbound and outbound calls from customers, assisting with general customer service queries, in addition to supporting customers that may have fallen into arrears to get back on track.
As a front line role engaging with customers it is vital you manage calls in an effective, efficient and empathetic manner, whilst delivering an excellent level of customer service and supporting customers in a compliant way, with a focus on delivering good outcomes.
If you’re confident on the phone, able to build relationships and have the drive & enthusiasm to succeed then this could be the role for you. You’ll need to have experience in either a telephony / call centre role OR collections environment.
