We're looking for a Site Manager to lead your team on vital gas network projects. You'll manage fast-paced work, maximise efficiency, control costs, and champion safety every day.

What will I be doing? In this role you'll:
1. Keep the team focused on safety and environmental standards, making sure all work meets H&S rules and NRSWA specs
2. Spot any issues early and escalate them promptly to keep everything on track
3. Lead and inspire your team with quality training and mentoring, helping them grow and succeed
4. Encourage fresh ideas and continuous improvement to keep us moving forward
5. Stay ahead of schedules to reduce disruptions and avoid mistakes before they happen
What do I need to succeed?
6. You've got solid experience managing sites in gas, utilities, construction, or infrastructure, with a strong track record of leading teams and understanding commercial priorities
7. You hold essential qualifications like NRSWA Supervisor and SSSTS/SMSTS, with civil engineering and first aid certifications being a big plus
8. A full, valid driver's licence is a must, along with deep knowledge of gas industry standards and health & safety best practices
