Head of Technical Are you a Head of Technical with experience of managing internal technical teams I am currently working alongside a leading residential developer who are recruiting for a Head of Technical to lead the internal design/technical function and manage a technical team reporting directly into the regional director. The Head of Technical will lead and manage the technical function of the business, overseeing the design, engineering, and delivery of residential developments from inception through to completion. This includes managing all technical aspects such as planning, architectural design, engineering, utilities, and infrastructure, ensuring compliance with regulations and delivering high-quality, cost-effective housing schemes. Key Responsibilities as Head of Technical: Lead the technical team to deliver residential developments on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Oversee the preparation and coordination of planning applications, technical drawings, and engineering reports. Manage external consultants including architects, engineers, and surveyors.
