They have a base of million customers with their online business equating to over 70% of their sales. These roles within their contact centre will be supporting the success of the business by being the first point of contact for their valuable customers. Main duties - Providing exceptional customer service to new and existing customers, via communication channels (live chat, telephone and email). - Will be able to work under their own initiative and alongside fellow team colleagues. - Able to achieve realistic key performance indicators and targets. - You will be highly motivated to provide solutions on a first-time resolution basis. - The ideal candidate will have experience of working within a customer service industry.
