Business Development Manager – Capital Equipment

What you will be doing
Your primary focus will be securing new clients and winning projects. You'll work to understand customer needs and create detailed handover documents for our technical team. Alongside new business development, you will manage key accounts and nurture relationships with our existing customer base, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and identifying opportunities for growth. Throughout the sales process, you'll collaborate closely with clients and assist in onboarding them to their new communications solutions.
* Following up leads generated from our marketing team to convert leads into sales opportunities and ultimately orders
* Talking with customers throughout the sales process via phone, face‑to‑face meetings/ site visits, virtually over MS Teams/Zoom and via Email
* Self‑generating sales leads from existing customers and potential new customers
* Identifying new business opportunities and partnerships to drive revenue growth
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
* Negotiating deals with customers
Your qualifications
* Driving licence (must)
* Willingness to communicate effectively with customers, potential customers and our technical team
