Education and Training Administrator

We are recruiting for an administrator with our Education and Training Team. The role will provide high quality, customer‑service‑focused and effective administration to support the delivery of Education and Training across Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, and also support building management and reception at Carew House, Bodmin.
Main duties of the job
* Update and maintain compliance registers in the ESR system.
* Assist with booking training venues across the county.
* Provide general administrative support within the team.
* Support the Practice Education Team with students and the preceptorship programme.
* Cover the reception desk at Carew House when required.
Person Specification
Education and Qualifications
* Level 3 qualification in administration or equivalent experience.
* Good literacy and numeracy skills.
Experience
* Administrative experience in a busy office environment.
* Experience with training administration processes and procedures.
* Previous NHS experience.
