You will work closely with teaching assistants to ensure effective support for lower-ability learners and children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), including those with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).The successful candidate will foster a positive learning environment where every child feels valued and supported. You will play a key role in helping pupils achieve their full potential through differentiated teaching and collaborative strategies.
What you'll need to succeed
1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
2. Experience teaching within Key Stage 2, ideally Year 3.
3. Strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum and effective classroom management.
4. Ability to work collaboratively with support staff and adapt learning for SEN pupils.
5. Excellentmunication and organisational skills.
