Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver 1-to-1 support to a pupil who displays challenging behaviour.
* Assist with personal care tasks (e.g. toileting and feeding), promoting dignity and independence.
* Use positive behaviour management techniques to support emotional regulation and learning.
* Participate in specialist training sessions to boost your SEN knowledge and career prospects.
* Build consistent, trusting relationships to help pupils feel secure and supported.
✅ Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* Personal or professional experience in ALN/SEN support.
* A compassionate, patient, and adaptable mindset.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow structured routines.
* A willingness to apply for an Enhanced DBS (support provided).
* Registration or willingness to register with the Education Workforce Council (EWC) (we’ll guide you!).
