Shop Assistant
Pure Staff are currently recruiting for a Shop Assistant for our client based in Cheltenham. Immediate starts are available following a successful interview process.
Our client is a well-established business offering retail and hospitality services, including a country wear shop, café, and shooting school. You'll be joining a friendly and customer-focused team in a picturesque countryside setting.

Your role as a Shop Assistant
Assisting customers in the shop and café
Supporting management with stock counts and order processing
Opening or closing the shop depending on shift time
Providing excellent face-to-face customer service
Helping with basic hospitality tasks (e.g. tea, coffee, sugar)
Requirements
Previous experience in a customer-facing role
Supervisory experience desirable (higher pay rate available)
Strong attention to detail and reliability
Friendly and professional manner
Must live locally or have access to a vehicle due to site location
Available to work flexible shifts Monday-Friday
Pay & Shifts
£12.50 per hour
Shifts vary: 08:00-16:00, 08:30-16:30, or 09:00-17:00
