As a Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the commercial success of our projects, this will include aspects of estimating, quantity surveying and project management. What's in it for you? * Competitive basic salary of upto £65,000 (D.O.E) * Generous car allowance sum * Bonus potential * Pension What are we looking for? * Prior experience working as a Quantity Surveyor/Estimator in an Interior Fit Outs business. * Excellent commercial knowledge. * Strong communication skills. * Full UK's driving license Key Responsibilities: * Work out early cost estimates based on the client’s ideas. * Suggest cheaper or smarter ways to get the same result. * Measure materials, finishes, and fittings from the drawings. * Put together Bills of Quantities and cost breakdowns. * Get everything ready so contractors can price the job properly * Review quotes from contractors and suppliers.
