The Role
* Lead expansion across Grocery and Convenience, driving new listings and strengthening strategic customer partnerships.
* Develop JBPs, promotional plans and growth strategies that unlock sustainable, profitable scale.
* Present and pitch the brand story with energy and precision, inspiring buyers through insight-led selling.
* Identify new market opportunities across Off-Trade to replicate international success.
* Act as a visible brand ambassador — blending commercial rigour with lifestyle passion.
About You
* Proven success scaling drinks brands within Grocery or Convenience (Ideally for a challenger or emerging brand)
* Strong relationships and credibility with Off Trade buyers.
* Confident, consultative negotiator with a track record of building brand equity and value.
* Entrepreneurial mindset – thrives in fast-paced, high-autonomy environments.
* Naturally energetic, commercially sharp, and genuinely interested in sport, performance and culture.
Package & Location
* £70,000–£80,000 + car allowance, bonus & potential shares.
* London HQ one day per week with national customer scope.
