Responsibilities
* Room Cleaning: Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning bathrooms.
* Public Areas: Maintain cleanliness in public areas such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
* Laundry: Handle laundry tasks, including washing, drying, and folding linens and towels.
* Inventory Management: Monitor and restock housekeeping supplies and report any shortages.
* Maintenance Reporting: Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department.
* Guest Interaction: Provide friendly and professional service to guests, addressing any requests or concerns promptly.
* Team Collaboration: Work closely with other housekeeping staff and departments to ensure a seamless operation.
Qualifications
* Experience: Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is preferred.
* Attention to Detail: Meticulous in maintaining cleanliness and keen eye for detail.
* Customer Service: Passionate about providing excellent service and ensuring guest satisfaction.
* Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
