Job Summary You will deliver quality customer care through calls & emails to business travellers and find solutions for flights, hotels, and trains before and during their business trips. You'll make sure they fly with ease, arrive refreshed and alert for meetings, and return home on time to their families and friends. Responsibilities Support for corporate travellers. Answering incoming calls and/or make outbound calls corresponding with travel customers currently traveling or interested in purchasing/researching travel by following standard scripts and procedures. Greet and converse with customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner. Respond to email/chat requests providing service and support in line with client standards. Utilize appropriate selling techniques to meet revenue goals. Accurately answer general travel and site related questions. Accurately track and report call types and service issues, raising cases with related departments to resolve issues. Skills A minimum of 2 years sales OR customer service experience in one place of employment. A great attitude and an ability to talk to people at all levels. A technical mindset you will need to have a strong understanding of technology & be able to navigate multiple systems whilst dealing with a customer. Excellent English written, verbal & communication skills. Strong typing skills with accurate punctuation & grammar. Good knowledge of countries around the world. Basic maths skills required. Hourly rate & bonus: £12.25 per hour?with an increase to £12.70 once probation is passed which is 3 months after training is completed. Salary post Egencia probation (3 months after moving into production and provided behavioural, attendance and KPI targets are met) - £12.70 Bonus up to £150 a month based on KPIs which differ month on month. ( Available after training which is 9 weeks ) Training 9 weeks total. 8.30am 5.30pm Monday to Friday. 100% attendance for the full 9 weeks is mandatory.
