We're looking for multiple Trainers / Training Facilitators to support the rollout of a new billing and account management system across contact centre teams. This role will focus on delivering system training, ensuring users are confident and capable in using the new tools to support customer service operations. Key Responsibilities Deliver system training sessions for new and existing contact centre staff, focused on billing and account management functionality. Support onboarding of new starters with system usage guidance and act as a key contact during early learning phases. Collaborate with training specialists to update materials and deliver pilots or refreshers. Gather feedback and contribute to post-training assessments and evaluations. Promote best practices and escalate any issues or development needs identified during sessions.
