Role of a Support Worker
The Support Worker ensures the safety, happiness, and fulfillment of the people we support. Support goes beyond personal care, involving helping individuals develop physically, emotionally, and socially, including learning new skills and engaging in social and educational activities. We aim to meet the needs of individuals with complex behavioral needs by providing tailored opportunities.
Candidate Requirements
No prior experience in supported living is necessary. We seek caring, kind, patient individuals with a zest for life and a sense of fun. Ideally, candidates will hold a Level 2 Health and Social Care Diploma or be supported to obtain one. Good communication skills, basic English and Math, and decision-making abilities are essential.
