Job Overview
As Night Manager you will lead the team as the Manager on Duty, making decisions and solving problems. Your role will include running night audit, health and safety checks and dealing with all guests’ requests. Great communication skills are required for detailed handovers to the incoming shift and Duty Manager.
Responsibilities
* Run night audit and ensure accurate financial records.
* Perform health and safety checks and maintain compliance.
* Handle all guest requests and resolve issues promptly.
* Lead the team, make operational decisions, and manage staff during shifts.
Qualifications
* Experience working at a management level in a branded hotel operation, ideally within a Front Office team.
Schedule and Working Hours
We are open 7 days a week, 365 days a year, and need staff to work a range of shifts and days. Shift patterns and contracted hours will be discussed at interview. Flexibility is required during evenings and weekends, although schedules can be tailored to individual needs.
