This is a fantastic opportunity to start a career in the Automotive industry, learning hands-on skills while working towards a recognised qualification As a Parts Apprentice, you will support the day-to-day running of the parts department, gaining practical experience in stock control, customer service, and logistics within a busy commercial workshop environment.\nYou will work closely with experienced staff who will guide and support you throughout your apprenticeship\n\nKey Responsibilities\nâ¢\tAssisting with ordering, receiving, and storing vehicle parts \nâ¢\tPicking and issuing parts to workshop technicians \nâ¢\tHelping maintain accurate stock records \nâ¢\tDealing with internal and external customers in person and over the phone \nâ¢\tSupporting general warehouse and parts department duties \nâ¢\tLearning to identify commercial vehicle components\n â¢\tA strong interest in vehicles, mechanics, or the automotive industry \nâ¢\tWillingness to learn and develop new skills \nâ¢\tGood communication and teamwork abilities \nâ¢\tBasic IT and numeracy skills \nâ¢\tReliability and a positive attitude \nâ¢\tNo prior experience required â full training provided
