Senior Radar Developer Role
The Senior Radar Developer will be responsible for building, maintaining, and deploying pricing models and underwriting rules across risk and retail pricing to meet Ageas's strategic goals.
Main Responsibilities
* Develop, validate, review, and promote Radar Live models for Risk and Market Pricing.
* Manage XML changes within models.
* Create innovative solutions to problems and improve processes continually.
* Recommend changes to team processes and systems for effectiveness and efficiency, ensuring proper records and management information.
* Collaborate closely with Product teams to share knowledge and understand project goals.
Skills and Experience Needed
* Experience in insurance pricing, underwriting, or product writing.
* Proficient with Radar and Radar Live.
* Ability to understand complex rating structures and propose efficient solutions.
* Educated to A-level or equivalent with a focus on numerical disciplines.
