What Youll Be Doing
As a key member of our sales team, youll be responsible for generating new business and driving revenue growth across multiple industries and markets.
Core Responsibilities
Proactively identify, engage, and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and video calls
Deliver high-impact product demonstrations tailored to each clients needs and business objectives
Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, including business owners, directors, and senior stakeholders
Take full ownership of the end-to-end sales process from first contact through to negotiation and closing
Develop customised proposals and solutions that clearly communicate value and ROI
Confidently handle objections and negotiate terms to secure deals
Consistently meet and exceed KPIs, revenue targets, and activity metrics
Maintain accurate records and pipeline management using CRM systems
Collaborate with internal teams (account management, operations) to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term client success

What Were Looking For
We want someone who brings energy, confidence, and a genuine passion for sales.
Minimum 2 year of sales experience (B2B or B2C)
A proven track record of hitting or exceeding targets
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade
Confidence in handling objections and negotiating effectively
Highly self-motivated, competitive, and target-driven mindset
Excellent organisation and time management skills
Experience using a CRM system (preferred but not essential)
