Key Responsibilities: * Learn to navigate and use the company’s internal systems to manage shipments efficiently * Assist with scheduling and coordinating deliveries through internal and external transport providers * Communicate effectively with customers both in the UK and internationally, handling enquiries and providing information * Prepare shipping quotes and maintain accurate records of shipments and customer interactions * Provide administrative support to the office team, including filing, data entry, and general office duties * Support managers and colleagues with daily tasks to ensure smooth operations Skills and Attributes: * No previous experience necessary – full training provided * Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook to write professional emails and manage communications * Basic knowledge of Excel and confident using the internet for research and information gathering * Excellent telephone manner with strong written and verbal communication skills (English must be first language) * Organised, able to prioritise multiple tasks, and keen to develop knowledge Monday – Friday 08:30-17:30 £22k starting salary If you are interested please apply today
