Interim HR Administrator
* Shrewsbury
* Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm
* £12.60 an hour
* Interim Assignment (September to December 2025 cover)
You will play a crucial role in supporting the HR function, ensuring that the company's human resources processes run smoothly and efficiently. This position is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented and passionate about enhancing the employee experience.
Responsibilities Included:
* Assist in the administration of HR policies and procedures.
* Support the recruitment process, including job postings and candidate communication.
* Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy.
* Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
* Obtaining references
* Compliance (right to work checks and documents)
* Support inductions
Skills and Attributes:
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
* Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
* Level 3 CIPD would be desirable but not essential
