Job Overview

SALARY & WORKING PATTERN

Band G FTE (£29,093 - £35,235) plus £1491 SEN Allowance (Pro-rata)

Full Time – 37 Hours per week - Term Time Only + 2 Weeks

Start Date – September 2025

Brookfields Specialist Education School requires an experienced administrator/PA to fulfil the role of Office Manager/Heads PA.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working within a similar role and be able to demonstrate excellent leadership, administration and organisation skills including diary management. Elements of the role require the reporting of information on a statutory level so attention to detail, accuracy and confidentiality are key attributes along with a good working knowledge of GDPR.

Experience of working in a school environment is advantageous but not essential as full ongoing training will be provided. The willingness to work in a SEN environment where you can demonstrate your excellent support skills, motivation, resilience and desire to make a difference is equally as important.

Core Hours are Monday - Thursday 08.00 – 16.00 and 08.00 – 15.30 on Friday plus INSET days.

Term Time only plus 10 days to be working during school holiday periods.
