Tenth Revolution Group have a brilliant new opportunity to join our commercial Billing team on a 6 month fixed term initial contract as a strategic hands on Billing Manager. Responsible for the management and delivery of the Contractor timesheet management & Client billing operations function worldwide. You’ll drive operational performance, ensure service excellence, and lead the team to deliver a consistent, compliant, and high-quality experience for every Client/Contractor. This is a direct billing role, personally processing billing/invoicing leading from the front on best practise/process/stakeholder management & actively developing a small team (3-4 people)

As the Commercial Billing Manager, you add immediate impact owning day-to-day management and delivery of the Contractor timesheet management and Client billing operations function worldwide. You’ll drive operational performance, ensure service excellence, and lead the team to deliver a consistent, compliant, and high-quality experience for every Client and Contractor. Provide hands-on leadership for Contractor Billing team, driving performance to meet productivity & quality targets through workflow management/continuous coaching.
Monitor team productivity/output through daily dashboards, performance metrics
Billing Operations Management
Ensure all processes comply with company policies and standards.
Conduct regular audits of files and documentation to maintain full compliance readiness.
Partner with Commercial Finance team to resolve complex cases/minimize risk exposure.
Primary contact for complex billing issues, resolving disputes with Clients by collaborating with Sales, Credit Control and Client services teams to align delivery with client requirements.
Continuous Improvement & Performance
Own Billing performance reporting tracking KPIs (turnaround times, accuracy and accruals)
