Finance Manager
JSS Search is partnering with a highly regarded international investment platform on the appointment of a Manager, Accounting within a transforming and fast-growing Group Finance function.
This is a broad, hands-on accounting role operating across a complex multi-entity and international environment spanning private equity, venture/growth and listed investment structures.
Working closely with senior finance leadership, the successful candidate will gain exposure across financial reporting, consolidations, audit, intercompany accounting, treasury and finance transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare monthly management accounts and financial statements across multiple entities
* Process journals, accruals, reconciliations and period-end adjustments
* Maintain intercompany schedules, investment registers and supporting accounting records
* Support IFRS financial reporting and statutory accounts preparation
* Assist with annual audits, audit workpapers and external auditor queries
* Support tax and compliance processes across multiple jurisdictions
* Assist with consolidations, FX revaluations and group reporting activities
* Support ongoing finance transformation, automation and AI-driven process improvements
Candidate Profile
* 3–6 years’ accounting experience within investment management, private equity, financial services or complex multi-entity environments
* Strong grounding in IFRS accounting and financial reporting
* Experience with balance sheet reconciliations, audit support and intercompany accounting
* ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified or finalist preferred
* Big 4, mid-tier or strong industry-trained backgrounds all considered
* Strong Excel skills; NetSuite exposure advantageous
