Contracts Manager (Electrical and Lifts)

Salary: Up to £56,000
Flexibility - Around 3 days a week in the office/site
Who we’re looking for
As a key member of our Homes Compliance team, you’ll take a proactive approach to ensuring we meet all our landlord responsibilities — overseeing electrical installations, lifts, and lifting equipment to keep our customers safe and our properties fully compliant.
Bringing strong technical expertise, you’ll have proven experience managing compliance risk within a social housing environment. You’ll also excel at building strong relationships with contractors and specialist consultants, ensuring all technical standards and specifications are consistently achieved.
Acting as the named responsible person for our regulatory and legislative duties, you’ll bring a solid compliance background and hold relevant qualifications, including City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Discipline (AM2) and C&G IEE Wiring Regulations 18th Edition. You’ll also use data insightfully to drive performance improvements and continuously enhance the safety and quality of our homes
