Learning and Organisational Development Coordinator at Dorset & Wiltshire Fire and Rescue Service

Salary: £29,064 per annum (rising to £30,518 with annual increments)
Hours: Full Time – 37 hours per week
Location: Flexible between Service Headquarters, Salisbury; Dorchester Support Offices, Poundbury; and from home. Attendance at service premises across Dorset & Wiltshire is required for key activities and meetings.

Responsibilities
* Manage the process of programming learning and organisational development activities to agreed service standards using the provided system.
* Support internal and external customers with learning and organisational development requirements.
* Facilitate leadership development activities across the Service and manage external course nominations and bookings.
Qualifications
* 4 GCSE passes – Grade A*–C / 9–4, including English and Mathematics or equivalent Level 2 qualification (including L2 functional skills), or a higher‑level relevant qualification.
* Relevant qualification in Business Administration or equivalent NVQ Level 3, or demonstrable experience at an equivalent level.
* Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Other Information
* Must be able to fulfill travel requirements, including attending service premises across Dorset & Wiltshire when necessary.
* Standard Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) clearance will be undertaken before offer of employment.
